Pure aluminum is more troublesome, because pure aluminum itself has high reflectivity, so it is very difficult to repair with laser welding and welding wire. Fortunately, the hole is not deep, so welding on both sides can still meet the requirements. .

Although problems in the production process of aluminum products can be repaired by laser welding, they are still limited by many conditions.

The biggest problem first and foremost is money. Sounds vulgar, isn't it talking about technical issues? Why did you say this suddenly. No, this problem bears the brunt, and is the main contradiction restricting the use of laser welding to repair aluminum products. Because the products that need to be repaired are only found after production and need to be repaired, so unlike normal products, there is no budget left in advance for laser welding repair, so it cannot afford high repair costs. , In fact, the cost of repairing in this way is really high, because the welding of aluminum products is not easy, and the difficulty of repairing products is even higher, and the repairing costs are naturally high. Therefore, the price contradiction between the supply and demand sides is very prominent. If this problem cannot be solved, even if it can be realized technically, it is meaningless.

Speaking of technology, welding wire is generally used to repair aluminum products, so some places where the welding wire cannot reach or cannot be welded and melted to the product because of the angle are definitely not repairable. On the other hand, this repair method does not penetrate deeply, so if the area of the repaired part of the product is too large or too deep, it may be difficult.

For some products, due to the angle or their own material, the problem of spatter welding slag will be more serious, which will affect products with higher appearance requirements.
